Travelling and public transport

People usually have different opinion about how to travel. Public transport or car? Which one is better and why? Let’s weigh the facts between these two types of travelling. Cars were invented 100 years ago. They mean a huge help for all the people. We can easily drive anywhere quickly by car. Going shopping or going on holiday is much convenient with them. If I went shopping on foot, I had to carry the heavy shopping bags on the way from home which is very tiring. As for the travelling hours, travelling by car is trustful. Cars are suitable for people who have to be on time. But there is not only benefit, but there are also drawbacks, too. Travelling by car in downtown takes a lot of time. Sometimes travelling with public transport is faster, because cars can be stuck in traffic jams. In addition, fuel is very expensive. Public transport is suitable for students travelling around the city. Season tickets are cheap. Trams and undergrounds don’t provide carbon-dioxide while cars do. As I’ve told you. travelling with public transport is sometimes faster in downtown because people developed bus lanes for buses and trams go on rail. They’re separated from cars which is a huge benefit. It’s worth travelling by public transport because public transport is well-developed in Budapest and buses go on time. One of the disadvantages of travelling by public transport is that it’s crowded and stinky. Sometimes buses are late. By the way, there can be violent people or homeless people on buses. That’s why parents fear their children to travel around. I’ve travelled by bus and tram many times and there wasn’t enough oxygen and I felt sick. Summarizing I prefer public transport because I’m only 15 years old and I can’t have a car.
